- several housing villages including Blueberry Place
- over 360 Section 8 housing opportunities

To meet the growing demands for senior services and controlling costs, the Laconia Housing Authority has developed several innovative programs including: Services
- Congregate Housing Services - to offer a menu direct support services
- LHA Home Health Agency - a unique, award-winning program to offer direct health, nutrition and nursing services.
- an Senior Drop-in Day Center in collaboration with Belknap-Merrimack Community Action Program (CAP)
