The Laconia Housing Authority is requesting Request for Bid submission for carpet replacement/installation for a 3 floor (4,700 sq. ft per floor estimate)
Bid Submission to be received via mail or hand delivered to Laconia Housing Authority, 32 Canal Street, Laconia, NH 03246 until 3:00 pm EST, Tuesday December 7th 2021. Bids will be opened on same day. A confirmation of receipt by Laconia Housing will be provided to each bid responder along with plan ahead on discussing Bid review at that time.

A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required.

Laconia Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid will be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the Owner.
A walkthrough on the Carpet install project will be held at Normandin Square apartments 22 Strafford Street Monday 11/29/21 9:30AM. Any additional changes to scope of services will be shared on the website in RFP section www.LaconiaHousing.org.
