Laconia Housing provides safe, affordable, comprehensive housing and support services. We have implemented several innovative programs to meet the needs of our residents, including:

• Congregate Housing Services Program: meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, personal care services available
 

• Choices for Independence Program: meals, housekeeping, laundry with nursing services - View Brochure (pdf)
 

• Laconia Housing Authority Home Health Agency: nursing services and personal care

 

Our services allow elderly residents to maintain a level of independent living and reduce the cost of nursing home services to the state and county. We also partner with the Senior Center in Laconia through the Belknap-Merrimack County Community Action Program, which offers activities, local trips, and a chance for residents to socialize.
